Our Mission

Our mission is to provide transitional housing that provides a safe and secure atmosphere, ensuring that residents have the stability and dignity they need to thrive.  Small Bridge Community Living is designed to be more than a facility.  It's a home where residents can build their lives with structure, compassion, and community support.

Eligibility

  • Valid photo ID
  • Proof of Income Required
  • Ability to live independently
  • Must commit to a drug-free, violence-free, and respectable environment
  • Follow all program rules and regulations
  • No medical or personal care provided
